  • Training Peaks can be accessed from your PC or phone
  • I create your plan, you log in and do the workout, then you upload the data from your GPS device for analysis


  • Weekly email, text or phone call (your choice) to discuss progress and provide encouragement
  • Daily availability for email or text if questions or problems arise
